Diagram data is stored locally in your browser — it is not transmitted to our servers. We collect only email addresses for licensing. Payment information is handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Feedback submitted in-app is stored via Netlify Forms for product improvement only. We do not sell your personal information.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.

Governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules in Atlanta, Georgia. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
